If you have been following this blog since it started, you will notice that I am a slave of black & white designs and this typical Scandinavian apartment just melted my heart.
Having a kitchen like this makes me want to learn cooking so I can stay here for a couple or hours every day. Working at home will be an option as well.

Feel The Summer Heat with Lucky Blue Smith, Penshoppe's Newest Ambasaddor
One of my favorite models is now the newest brand ambassador of Penshoppe, one of the Philippine's top clothing brand. Lucky Blue Smith wears all the summer outfit for all the youth out there and I am sure everyone will love it.
The vibe of the shoot is just very pleasant... Poolside and that retro look works very well. Not really a big fan of summer in the Philippines but I am definitely excited to wear some of Penshoppe's summer outfit this 2016.

Some Blog Changes Coming Up!
It's been over a month since I last updated this blog because I have been so very busy with my business and full time job as well. I find it hard to juggle multiple stuff and at the same time, write some posts here. Still feeling so thankful for those who keep on visiting my blogs and pinning some of my photos on Pinterest where I get almost half of my monthly readers.
I just want to tell you that I am going to be back on blogging and this time, it is getting more personal. So this blog will turn into a beauty and lifestyle blog because I realized that editorial posts are not really that interesting for my readers. They don't want just photos. They want something more like a product review, beauty journal or personal diary about the author's point of view. I also noticed that people will be able to connect more if I write about things they have tried and will try in the future.
I will still post some of my favorites like home decors. interior inspiration and maybe some fashion editorials but not most of the time. Blog fillers, maybe?
I have bought a lot of grooming and beauty products in Watsons in the past so I will write an honest opinion about those stuff soon.

Reviewing Snow Caps L-Glutathione Supplement
So I have been taking Snow Caps L- Glutathione Supplement for less than a week now hoping that my skin will look healthier as I get older. My main goal why I tried glutathione supplement like Snow Caps is not to have lighter skin because as a matter of fact, I like my skin tanned or even darker; I just want it to be healthy and blemish free especially my face.
In the Philippines, it is very usual now that guys take glutathione, most of them also try gluta injections and even IV push that is more expensive but indeed effective compared to the normal gluta injections.
Snow caps is one of the most popular brands here in the Philippines when it comes to skin whitening and I also read dozens of great reviews about it so I did not hesitate to give it a go!
Just so you know, Snow Caps contains premium 500 mg of L-Glutathione, also known as the miracle enzyme that helps whiten our skin and at the same time, make it look glowing than ever. It also allows us to ingest the proper amount of L-Glutathione with 100 mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid and 100 mg of non-acidic Vitamin-C. Note: FDA Approved # 64597
For the first week, I decided to take 2 capsules each day then take only 1 moving forward. Many people say that taking glutathione can affect our kidney but so far, with Snow Caps, I don't see any bad comments about it. Maybe if you take too much of it?
It is still early for me to say if Snow Caps is effective for me because it's been less than a week since I tried it but good thing is my body is reacting normal I mean I don't feel sleepy at work or my digestion is still normal as if I don't take any supplements at all!

AP24 Whitening Fluoride Toothpaste For That Whiter & Brighter Teeth
I know all of us are dreaming of that pearly white teeth but for some reason, finding the best toothpaste that actually work is extremely hard! Already tried CloseUp Diamond White and Colgate Optic White but none of them prove what they are being advertised.
Until one day, I saw a friend of mine's facebook post about her new toothpaste and noticed that she was really amazed about it. She even post some before and after photos of her teeth shade whiter after 7 days of using this toothpaste. So I asked her about it and she revealed it to me in an instant; AP24 Whitening Fluoride Toothpaste it is!
So I did my research and found it on Amazon and also saw amazing reviews about it! Pretty impressive!
I decided to buy one tube and try it for myself. I was kind of hesitant to try it because I have braces for 3 years now and it might affect the color of my teeth that are covered of metal brackets but still tried it after contemplating for quite so long.
I was not able to see the result in just 7 days because my dentist put something on my teeth before putting my braces on. It's like a protective coat that covers my teeth against unbalanced teeth once she remove my brackets.
But after 2 weeks, I noticed that there are part of my teeth especially in front that are shade whiter than the others. Maybe the protective coat are thinner on those area. So if you'll ask me if this toothpaste works, my answer is a big YES!
I still have one tube that I can use maybe after I got my braces removed so it can do its magic on my perfectly aligned teeth (Saving money for bleaching! yay!).

Sorry to spoil you guys but Harry did not chop his hair like the photo above. It was an old photo of him with his short hair. Although he got some trimming and chopped of some split ends and damaged hair but not something dramatic.

Back To Blogging 101
I am having the hardest time when it comes to being a blogger again because life so far has been all about my career, which is good I guess. I started working with my second company for over a year now and everything is going great! My tasks and responsibilities are increasing and if things worked well, then promotion is just around the corner.
That is also the main reason why I neglected blogging.
I have been blogging since 2009 and somehow there is this feeling of having the authority in the virtual world. You can write about anything, give feedback to brands or even services you get in a daily basis and there were times where I got contacted by a Supervisor/ Manager asking for an apology. But things are different now.
Blogging is not all about writing whatever that comes into your mind. Blogging nowadays is all about niche, search engine optimization, advertorials, sponsored posts and marketing.
I miss blogging about my personal stuff without getting scared that people might judge me. I also miss posting photos of anything unedited without thinking what filter to use. Good old days and yes, I am getting old.
So now, what I am doing is bookmarking some new blogs online for my daily inspiration.
This blog will still feature some articles about fashion, skincare and grooming; all stuff that I fancy! Will also start posting some personal photos soon but this time, I will do my best to make them more presentable or what people call, artsy or instaworthy.
Maybe 3 blog posts in a week is okay or as long as I feel like writing. I don't want to feel like blogging is a task that needs to be done. After all, I am not planning to earn anything here. I just want to write what I feel and have that small chance to be heard.
So blogging, let's get it on!

Sunday Hassle. Thanks Lazada!
I ordered Snow Caps L-Glutathione on LAZADA's website last Friday and got it today. It was definitely an impressive service because I did not expect that they ship products on Sunday.
I woke up at 11:50 AM, checked my phone got a message from LAZADA saying that they will be delivering my order today. They sent it at 8:00 AM while I was heavily sleeping.
Then someone knocked at my door; it was Lex from LAZADA. I don't have cash yet.
I asked him to wait for me while I withdraw some cash. So from my bed, I hurriedly washed my face and went to the nearest BPI ATM in my area and it took me less than 30 minutes before I got back and signed some papers. I felt really bad to Lex waiting for me. :(
But all in all,I was impressed with LAZADA's service plus the fact that the Snow Caps that I have purchased is way cheaper than the ones I usually bought in Watsons.
Snow Caps in Watsons costed me 1,495 pesos and I got mine in LAZADA for only 1,040. Cheap right?

Last Days of Summer 2016. Finally!!!
Finally summer is almost over! Since I graduated and start working and living all by myself in the city, I started to dislike the summer season. One of the reasons is the scorching heat of the sun starting at 8 in the morning until 5 PM, you can feel the cancerous heat non-stop. And also the summer break. There is no summer break when the company needs you and the bills just keep on going.
I just can't wait to officially say goodbye to summer of 2016 and definitely thrilled to cold rainy days. I will now be preparing my bed's thick comforter for that much awaited cuddle weather.

Weekend Please + Linkies
The corporate world is so boring as early as now I am thinking about this coming weekend. Well, I am trying my best to love what I am doing at work and believe me, it is working! Promotion is just around the corner, people are beginning to notice my presence and tasks are somewhat increasing. Maybe I just make sure that I just don't go to work just to be there; I also add quality to what I do.
This is a much awaited weekend for me because it is going to be a long one. Victoria Day is on the 23rd and I am on a vacation leave on the 24th so I have 2 extra days to just do nothing and think about life in general or play with my dog friend, Samson.
X-Men: Apocalypse is also showing this weekend so me and my partner will definitely go out and watch it! X-Men is a film that I can watch for multiple times without getting bored. I don't know, maybe I just love the concept of having a mutant power.

Best of the Best Hotels in Baguio City Perfect for Weekend Getaway
It's been a while since I last visited Baguio and unfortunately, I was not able to prepare and also not aware of what to do or where to go there. Completely clueless! The time that I got out of the bus, I just went with it and I found this awful transient room that cost 1,200 per night. I really had terrible stay there. There were only 2 electrical sockets, no water heater (supposedly there is but the time that I paid, they said that it suddenly not working), no water supply early in the morning and all of my requests were delayed! This is what's going to happen if you visit Baguio unplanned. So it took me a couple of minutes to remember the name of the lodging house so I think it's okay for me to mention it here so people can avoid checking in there. The name is Ferrioni Pension House.
Despite of the room that I got, my stay in Baguio was still amazing! I love the weather, the temperature, the long walks; I love everything in it! I was even tempted to find a work there if it is not for the provincial rate being implemented in the city.

Skin Talk: Skin 101 Pore Minimizing Products
I don't settle for less when it comes to taking care of my skin especially onto my face. I hate having acne and pimple breakouts as it also affects my confidence. In this post, I will be reviewing some of the Skin 101 products I just discovered that promises tominimize face poresand so do pimple breakout.
Aside from being effective, I also like it because it is very affordable compared to what I was using in the past (Kiehl's).
First on the list, Skin 101's Facial Scrub for oily skin. It is hypoallergenic, fragrance-free and non-comedogenic. It is like using St. Ive's facial scrub but more gentle on the face. You can feel minimal amount of scrub so if you have a sensitive face, you might want to try this one.You can immediately feel its effect after rinsing. Price: 150 pesos.
Another product that I like, Skin 101's Pore Minimizing Toner. It has salicylic acid so you can feel some tingling sensation on your very first use especially on the side of your nose. This is perfect if you want to exfoliate your skin and get rid of dead skin. I have been using this for more than a month now and I personally can see its result. If I were to compare it to Maxi-Peel, well this toner is again, more gentle to the skin. Price: 250 pesos
And lastly, Skin 101's Sunblock Gel. Since I am using the toner that has salicylic acid on it, it is very important to apply some sunblock against the UV rays and also to avoid discoloration and infection due to direct sunlight. I also put this on my face at work because computers can also affect my skin due to its UV light. Price: 300 pesos

Kratos Strong Coffee Review
After seeing Krato's coffee TV commercial, I wanted to try it immediately so I can write a review about it unfortunately, I had a hard time searching for it. I checked it at Family Mart, 7-Eleven and even Mini Stop but was not able to find it. Not until today. I got lucky and found it at SM Aura Supermarket!
I immediately bought 3 of them. Single Shot of Cafe Mocha and Vanilla Latte and Double Shot of Black coffee.
So I feel a bit dizzy a while ago, I decided to try the single shot cafe mocha. Taste is just okay though. I mean nothing is special about it. I have hyper-acidity but it was not triggered by Kratos so I can still drink it while I am at the office without worrying about my hyper-acidity.

Building Muscle at Home and Some Workout Linkies
After taking a break working out at a gym, I felt weaker and weaker and all muscles I have formed in 2015 turned into fats so my ever flat belly looks like a beer belly now. Since I took some supplements before for me to gain weight, the way I eat now if far different from before and I think the rate of my metabolism is also affected by my age so it is very easy for me to get some fats. I eat more these days and that is why I decided to have an active lifestyle again and work out some muscles. To get lean. I am not really aiming for that perfect boracay kind of body. All I want is to have some few cuts, biceps, triceps, chest and of course, that flat belly.
Today, right after we watch X-MEN Apocalypse at SM Aura Cinema, we headed to Market Market and purchased 20 pound dumbbells for only 1,650 pesos! It's quite cheaper compared to what I have seen online.
I tried working out at home and it feels weird doing some dumbbell workout routine without a bench so I can fully extend my arms but I still continued. I prefer working out with real dumbbell compared to just doing push-ups.
I just did some research about working out at home routines that we can all try. Most of the articles I have seen are focused on chest area. Happy reading folks!
